US 3 account's total 1 account on single computer with private user 2 accounts on my primary computer often running 2 different clients and 2 different bots at the same time. At the time of disconnect was using lazyraider with trusted friends in a scenario when I got the "BNet error 203 tempory suspended" disconnect. The second account on the same computer was not running at this time but the third account on a different computer using lazyraider was ok and still playing. Checked my mail, sent an appeal and went to play my other account that wasnt running at this time and it to was banned same codes same reasons and the emails I got was less than 1 minute appart. In the days prior to this I recived no "hacker" whispers nor have I seen and missed whispers in my custom chat tabs when I check my toons. I ran kicks questing profiles and some custom mining/herbing profiles downloaded from this site as well as AutoAngler2 in hidden locations. Charcters did mail items to eachother's accounts, but the accounts never had anything else to do with eachother in the seance of questing or running scenarios, yet both banned at the same time but was never around the other. Charcters from both accounts did share the same guilds. ****EDIT**** Well got 1of 2 back...... After a thorough review of the circumstances involved in this action, the account has been reopened and access restored. ****EDIT**** Still no response to account 2's bann. Called support and I was told I had to go threw the appeal process online that the call center has little information and cannot help me on this matter, that blizzard has a investigation team with all data and will "look into it". She did also say something about and automated bann but it was so quick I didnt have time to get any details. Also cannot figure out how accout 3 never got the bann doing the same thing as the other 2, but I just got reminded that account has the SMS security feature so I wonder if the new bann scripts, if they have them, ignores SMS accounts. ****EDIT**** Second account restored, same as above yet the 3rd account doing the same thing with SMS never got shut down.
