English speaking customers: Please refer to the start of this mail Para los clientes espa?oles: Por favor vayan hasta el fin de este correo electr?nico Account Name: WOW1 Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Use of Third Party Automation Software This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a ""hack."". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game. Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment. We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/antigold.html The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure. For any disputes of this action or further information on Exploitive Activity, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and contact page here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/exploitfaq Regards, Customer Services Blizzard Entertainment www.worldofwarcraft.com The same thing as everyone else it seems, but I figured I'd post any way. I was on a US server using v1.9.2.5, botting as many hours per day as possible. I'm pretty sure I was reported a couple weeks ago, and Blizz just waited to suspend us all at once. Oh well, at least its not permanent. Also, a personal pet peeve of mine: Its a 72 hour SUSPENSION, not a 72 hr BAN. Edit: 1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? HB only 2)If so, when was the last time?: It was running when I got DC'd 3)What profile were you using?: Horde Northrend 4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: skiwarlock 5)What plugins are you using?: none 6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 18+ 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 5-20, no more than 5 of the same item at a time 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No
Not a very helpful comment. But i think the reason they might have banned you was maybe the 18+ hours botting a day. try to keep botting around 10-12 hours a day since normal humans cant really play a game for that long everyday. try to change the time around. some days like 8 hours and another like 12. Maybe weekdays less while weekend you can do like 16+
