      1. Was the game account created after the 13-May-2015 banwave? YES
      2. Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? PAID
      3. EU or US realm? EU
      4. Did the account have any previous suspensions or bans? NO

      6. What estimated percentage of the time did you supervise your bot? 30%
      7. Was your account involved in gold selling? NO
      8. How many auctions per day did you post on this account? 0
(If you were posting auctions at some other timeframe than "per day", please describe your magnitude and frequency as appropriate.)
      9. Did you use any non-Honorbuddy bots with this account? If so, which ones? NO
(A non-legitimate Honorbuddy should be listed here, as it does not have the same account protections as legitimate Honorbuddy.)
      10. Did you use any H4cks, Che4ts, or mods with this account? If so, what are their names? NONE
      11. Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share? YES, was lvling my char with GWIN profile 1-90 for the past two weeks and everything went smooth then at lvl 66 switched to KICKZ 1-100 and got suspended after less than 10 mins. (Is it possible that something in 1-100 profiles triggers something that causes the suspensions and bans?)

      Action: 72 Hour Suspension
      Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software

Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a warning against the above behavior, which Blizzard deems unacceptable for World of Warcraft. This is covered in the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use).

In addition to this warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:
