Also note, you must log into the game after the suspension has expired to update the status of the account shown on your Account Management page."

Dunno if this was my own fault cause been using the bot for more than 15+ hours a day, for about 1? week, and havent had anyone raise any suspicion at all, only had a few lvl 1's spamming me with fake GM messages like twice while i did bgs, tbh i think it was just a banwave or something. And only been banned like 2 or 3 times before maybe 2-3 years ago, never for botting.
But whats your thoughts on this? do u let temp bans stop u from botting? cause im probably not gonna stop if it just was a banwave.
and noted this was on a high pop eu server (locked at evenings, not gonna say more :p )

So i appealed the case with...

      Hi.
I recently recieved an e-mail informing me that my WoW account ***** had been temporarily suspended for 72 hours, at about yesterday night at **:**am due to explotation. The category of violation was: third party program(s), and as far as i know i dont got any third party program(s) installed on my computer, so i've just cleaned my computer up and set my anti virus on max protection before writing this ticket, and it didnt find any malware, so i don't see what could cause this violation?. I've been a solid customer for years, and only had a few inquiries regarding suspensions which has been my account was keylogged, which i learnt of and bought myself an authenticator. But maybe my naiveness has gotten the better of me now, and i should start using it again. I would really appreciate if you could look into it ASAP and see what caused this suspension, cause i really love playing WoW, and exploiting the game would never get on my mind.
      Sincerely, *********

      and got this... :

"Your account was suspended for the use of botting programs ingame, there were no signs of any unauthorised access or compromise during that time.

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned.

Please note, it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.
