Scroll of resurrection account. Appealed the ban via "i got hacked". GM requires me to send in account recovery form / ID scan to unlock the account. Being a SOR account, the bnet i merged it to has my information, but i do not possess the information for the original account. Does the ID have to match the original non merged account or the new account i merged it into? I know that for character transfers, which require the same last name: old account last name BOB, new bnet account last name JIM, old merged into new, character from BOB can be transferred to a different account with JIM last name.
