Ye, the same thing with me. I got an email saying that it is suspended for 72 hours, but below there was a text that permanent closure does not effect new accounts. Made a ticket, was just curious what would be the justification. So the answer comes that due to invistigation related to honor system they made 72 hours and after a careful investigation they agreed to close it permanently. The banned bot was only using gatherbuddy no bgbuddys. I guess they really do have a lot of work.
