Hi, Yesterday they banned my account without any reason in the email I received, They just said I used third party program wihtout saying wich character ect ... they also asked me for an ID check, it was a account that I bought, and I always ask ID scan when I buy an account, so I send the ID scan with bit of photoshop because they asked to do it with a newspaper date. I send them all the shit but they saw that the image was photoshoped (the date on the newspaper), It was very well done so I think they were really pissed at me. Anyone have an idea how to get my account back ? I Think to make a request were I'm mad and threat them to chargeback all my subsciption if they want to waste my time. Good idea ?
Well they gave you a reason, 3rd Party program. That enough for them. And now they kinda know that u bought that account, why else should someone fake the ID check they asked for. Doubt it that they will lift it nor accept the chargeback. Get urself a new account, this one is gone...
Don't want to sound like a rude reply, but... How can anyone here say they ban accounts without a reason? We all use HB. That is a reason, sooner or later the ban hammer will fall upon us in a way or the other.
This^ I really wish that people were a lot more aware of this. I can probably just guess how many that uses their main accounts (guilty) and thinks this is "undetectable". Sure, the bot itself isnt detectable but how you use can get you banned. If you're farming after ores/herbs like 6-8 hours each day, well then...You're screwed However, which bot you use, you WILL get caught someday. It's simply just matter of time before you wake up some morning and see the shiny text "Your license have been banned" (or whatever it says) I personally dont really care, at the end. It's just a game which we all gonna quit sooner or later (hopefully later ^_ ^) and if you get banned, just make a new account and start the journey all over again which I find it exciting actually. I hope this will give a new perspective on the newcomers
I know more than anyone that you can get caught, I've already lost approximativly 50 accounts since I started botting (2 years ago) I normally accept it and move on buying 2 more account just to piss them off. But the account in question never used any bot, when one of my bot get caught I always receive an email with the character involved ect ... this time I got nothing exept the "third party program" shit thats why i'm pissed and I want to threat them to chargeback my subscriptions and i want to know if anyone has done this before
If they can trace the accounts back to your main (which I can guess that it was the one which got banned) then they will ban it, aslong they have evidence ofc
Don't think you already have botted in a large scale like I do since a long time now, to ban an account they need to find a fault on this specific account that's the way it work and it always worked that way. period. The only think they can do to ban a clean account is an IP ban (banning all account on same IP), in this case they dont care about justification. This account was on my clean PC with a clean IP, and has no relation to any botting accounts therefore they have no reason to ban it. Dont want to be an asshole but please don't teach me how to bot. The only thing I want to know is if someone already threat them to chargeback subscription. PERIOD

Pretty simple I have 2 internet connexions at home, one for my personal use + one for dirty botting PC's, I never do anything against ToS in my clean connexion/computeur and anything in relation with my botting account. On the dirty PC (even if its not the topic here) each account have his personnal Virtual Machine and IP adress it's a hell to set ip up but once its done it's really safe and avoid you the worst : the ip ban
Just because you're running a virtual machine, doesn't mean you have a different IP. As Frosticus mentioned, there's a difference in public and private IP.
