Account was 72 hour ban about a week ago, I was unable to tell if it was because of the herb/mining profile listed because at the time I was questing a new character but a few hours earlier I was on herb/mining profile.

Yep Perma ban this round as well account gone so if I want to buy another account what is the best way to go about it? Entire new Battlenet account or just purchase another wow license on my same Battlenet account? I would assume a entire new Battlenet account.
Doesn't really matter. IF you haven't got any pets/mounts/rares on that battle.net - probs best to get a new ip and new bnet account.
IF you got rare pets/mounts and a lot of achievements just get a battlechest on the same bnet. Especially now that battlechest includes cata
