HI. Ok i was botting a lot this week. I just came home right now. i was disconected. i login, i go online with my character and i open honorbuddy. It has an update and i update it(just now, not even 5 min ago) and i log again and i got banned. Account closed. 2nd time. Can some one help me? I was farming a lot of stacks from wednesday till sunday. monday and tuesday was doing bgs

it wasnt actually 24/7 i had breaks. i stopped the bot every once and a while but its CLOSED. just 5 min ago while i was online i got dced and got banned. oh and i updated the bot while i was online and boom closed acc
i just received an email; 2 min ago. Abuse of economy and stuff... i got banned around 7:23-24 and got email 7 28
Guys, I know you want to flame him for botting too long.... but no one has addressed the statement about updating HB while in game. Is it possible that this can be detected? Someone that is a member of staff should comment here.
Updating HB while in game has no bearing on your account being closed. (Blizzard doesn't check running processes)

does blzzard do favors? any1 happened the same thing? first time it happened they just changed the ban to 3 days. now i dont know, i made a ticket but no response so far

I used to get banned a lot, lost around 6 accounts. Its been over a year after that and I dont have a single ban, not anymore . It took me a while to understand that less botting is more botting
sometimes, back in the glider days i would monitor my bot all the time and keep an eye on it, i lost a lot of accounts and only hit level cap once, sometimes you gotta stop caring and put the peddle to the metal, and mix things up.
got my account back. they didnt say anything about botting. all they said is this After a careful investigation of your account closure, we have agreed to remove the permanent suspension of your account from the World of Warcraft servers. This change has already been put into effect, and your account should again be available for play. We have also removed your recurring subscription details from the account; you will not be billed again on this card unless you enter the details again manually. well the 2nd ban wasnt for botting. they would tell me. it was automated ban at the first then they said sorry for the ban. also they might thought that someone else was playing with my account coz they removed my CC info. Also if it was for botting they would atleast suspend my account for 3 days. I guess i am lucky but i still bot
maybe next time you will bot like a human plays, It all comes down to playing for real and not for a quick fix
