Used gatherbuddy once for 4hrs and got my ban 6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? under 10% 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Zero 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No 10)EU or US realm? US 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid Account Everything was fine. Then on the weekend I used Gatherbuddy for the first time. I farmed about 100 stacks of Ghost Iron Ore and received the ban. I've never even received a warning for ANYTHING on this account. Anyone have any tips on how to get my account back??

Seems odd for an instant perm, just write up a message about wtf, can't log in, says banned, I don't understand :\ blah blah xD.
If Blizz still has the Help I was Hacked button in their account recovery section, I would try that. Has worked for me before.
