Yeah but the fact was that im on school holidays and just playing in general that amount of time, the time I botted I was either doing something with wow open next to me or gf was watching it. And yes I have appealed will update with the results when I get

I have doublechecked this for you and found that the penalty was applied correctly, which means I will have to uphold it. Bit crap since this is my main account and spent a lot on it etc etc Although I do realise that it is my fault blah blah, although since I was extra careful I didn't think anything of it.
Well that sucks. Nothing you can do, just try appealing a few more times. Also, I did find it hilarious that your gf watched your bot, made me smile.

While we understand that you may have concerns regarding the nature or application of the policies related to this account action, we must reiterate that it is the result of a breach of the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players accept before accessing the game environment. As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. Should you have any questions regarding a different account or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply. Very very very frustrating as the first time was only me being hacked not me actually doing anything wrong.
Anyone think I should wait to appeal it again? Or straight away. Thinking a long the lines of I have been wrongfully accused etc, as seen by a previous archived ticket this is NOT my second time nor my first. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
