Account Issue

I recently recieved a refund a few weeks ago but ive decided to try again...

I paid for gatherbuddy and assigned to shop as the thread said but i get...

Invalid Account Details

What do I do?

My shop username is kpax88 where i made the purchase today...

Invalid Account Details=wrong user or pass
make sure that you are trying to log using your shop info
and make sure that you dont have any symbols on your pass

I get the following message when using shop login...

Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Not connected to WoW.

But I definately purchased and it went through paypal.

Is there something I need to do?
