Hopefully everyone will have figured this out... but just in case I kept checking my accounts to see if the suspension had been lifted and it kept saying suspended. Decided to speak to the GM, transcript below, aparently until you log into the game client the web account management wont update the status. I need to add game time to it before I can play. Makkterne: Ok, the suspension status on the website doesn't actually update until you try to log into the game. You can log in without a subscription now, but your account will be subject to trial restrictions until you add some game time I can see that the suspension has been removed, so you just need to log in for the site to update properly you: Oh fab, didn't realise that.
