I know their service on Nov, and want to give a try. So I bought one year plan on 5th, but using for 2 days and key is invaild due to refunded without reason, so I bought anther key on 8th, and using another 2 days. And now my account has been
permanent ban from my service. And I saw that most people post thread are ban for 6 or 18 months but maybe I had bad luck, my main account which is also my only account has been ban forever. And I didn't disable my tripwave.
