   See topic, such a method would be nice, because CanCast doesn't help me on BRD and MSC if the Skill is only castable with barrel or minuet.

   Could you use ff14bot.Objects.SpellData.Cooldown? Not as elagent as a simple Bool return, but it should get the job done
