      I noticed that my conjurer automatically heals himself once he gets low. is there a way to add that to all my guys for i dont have to worry about them dying?

      If by 'all my guys' you mean your party, then i highly recommend you use Magitek all in one

      I mean in grinding mode when conjurer gets to 40% he heals himself. Is there away to make it for my gladiator heals himself also? Because so far when I do these grinding profiles my guys get destroyed because they don't get their health back up
