Auctioneer requires you to scan several times a week for up to 3 weeks before you starting getting clear and usable data, the same applies for this site because it will do it in the exact same manner but it will instead be set out in a web page rather than ingame. In conclusion... the site takes the beginning work/hassle out of it but the results when things are done properly are the same.
