It's that offer they give to accounts that haven't been used in a while to try to get you to resub. I was using the account mentioned above and the 3 day trial for HB starting the day before the patch. I botted from 1-25 in a few hours, then the patch came and the bot was down for next few days so my 3 day HB expired. Whatever. I was convinced it was awesome so I got the 1 month HB license. I wanted to give it a month to make sure I wasn't going to get banned or anything before buying the lifetime license. I botted for about 10 hours on Friday and 12 hours on Sat. Walked away for about 30min and when I came back my pw was changed. I got an email saying I got a 72hour ban. I read about people botting 24x7 for weeks/months at a time and nothing. I'm banned 3 days into trying? Am I just unlucky or did I do something wrong. I know there was one point I walked away and came back within 15 min and the bot was on a beach running back and forth looking for a murloc boss as part of a quest. There were 2 other toons there at a similar level tagging it and killing it as soon as it spawned over and over. They were challenging each other to duels and just hopping around not acting like bots. We're they GM's looking for bots? Is it safe to bot on that account after the ban is lifted? I have no intention of using it to make gold or whatever. I just absolutely hate leveling with a passion and want a max rogue and Shaman.
is questing the only thing you were botting or what else were you using? a 72 hour ban makes me thin you were being reported alot or something, if they found proof that fast to do something about it i think they would have closed your account perm.
the 72hr ban seems to be triggered automatically by reports. that was my case too. after it expired, I waited 2 weeks and no problem since, I bot everyday.
