Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share?

So I have noticed some similarities between this ban and the last one that hit last year. Before the last patch I would say right up to the day before when the servers go down for maintenance at 6am Pacific time I was botting as usual but started to notice some odd behavior. The bot followed a NPC to a rock and was trying to attack the NPC even though the NPC was invulnerable and obviously being controlled by a GM. I was not quick enough nor looking at the right time to make the bot stop and play it off like I had been there. The same thing happened during the last ban wave with NPC's being moved and placed in odd spots to make the bot do 180 turns to a place outside of normal field of view. I also noticed that my game, even though I tell specifically not to update, would show a green circle like it was downloading something in the background. This exact same thing happened during the last ban wave and I know they are connected. Sure as shit I got banned again after the dreaded green circle of death is what I will start to call it. Im pretty sure that is currently how Blizzard is getting past tripwire by ninja patching something that the bot does not see and from there finds out that one is indeed botting. I hope this information can be of some use for the developers as a way to prevent this from happening the future. We all need to be more careful around patch time as it seems this is when the bot is getting detected from some kind of stealth patching that is going on in the game. Right now the cat is winning in the game.
