      Hello Everyone,

      Last night I purchased my third Honorbuddy license. However, I kind of made a mistake. The first two licenses I purchased were all using the same email address which mean I can use all of my BuddyStore profiles on both of the accounts. However, the one I purchased last night I registered with a separate email address. Is there anyway I can register my third account under the same email address as my first two? I would hate to have to waste money on duplicate profiles.

      Contact support, include both keys and both emails along with payment details and they should be able to help you.

      Qztr is spot on. You will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and explain what you want to them.

      Merging accounts is a 'one way' operation (it cannot be undone). You can find more information about it here:

      Thanks chinajade!

      I am currently trying to log onto my buddyauth for my third account...However, when I go to log in it says "Invalid username or password. If you have not, please register." So then I go to register and it says "Someone is already registered with that email." Then i can to reset password and it says "No user registered under that email" I am super confused...

      Very sorry you are experiencing this problem.

      From the sound of things, you'll need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office' to get things straightened out.
