      What is the Refund policy and who do I contact about it. If asked why I will provide a reason.

      Hi, Dmpk,

      Bossland GmbH offers a "7-day, no questions asked" refund policy. You can find more information about it here (see "I tried the Buddy product, and its just not for me. Can I get a refund?"):

      Outside the 7-day window, you can always contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and see if something can be worked out.

      Okay but the bot has been down for 6+ days, my 7 day time limit has been reached, but I have not had 7 full days of botting played, Who do I send a private message to about this to possibly be compensated... Im very disappointed in this product and I feel cheated =/.

      Hi, Dmpk,

      The front office automatically extends the time on session keys once the bot is up and running again (which happened just a couple of hours ago). Double-checkng with Raphus indicates 7-days have already been added to time-limited session keys.

      For any issues with session keys, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office'. The forum staff has access to neither the tools, nor the user account information, to assist you in this matter.
