I know it's towards the end of an expansion, but really. There should still be support for the plugins, combat routines, profiles, etc. purchased from the store. When you pay money to someone, there's an expectation for it to be maintained at a reasonable level, which i've hardly seen. Is it just me? I don't think there's a single thing I've paid for that's been updated recently or doesn't have something wrong with it.
Hi, Plyb0y007, Many authors are now in 'heads down' mode to address the changes being brought about by Legion. Community feedback has taught them that excessive downtimes at expansions will cause major wailing from customers. Developers of Combat Routines, and especially profile writers, will be hit the hardest by the expansion changes. Since their time is limited, they must manage it carefully between bug fixing a product that will no longer be usable in two months, versus getting an updated product ready. Since many will probably be offering an upgraded product to their customers for free (when they don't have to), maintaining the balance becomes even more difficult. If an author is not responsive to individual bug reports, you can reflect that in your review of the product. If an author is not responsive to ALL bug reports, the Bossland GmbH front office should be notified. Before making a report like this, you should take into consideration whether the developer has stated that his existing customers will be getting a free upgrade for the Legion changes. cheers, chinajade
