Any rules against integrating support for third party services?

Ive gotten several requests to add support for sending notifications to mobile devices in my plugins.
Im considering trying out a free third party service like pushbullet to help me do so.

Is this allowed and is there anything in particular im required to when/if releasing it on the forums? Like linking their privacy policy for example?
