Anyone able to test their FPS ingame on low settings, 1080p while in combat with this GPU? With the release of the 300 series the older models are at an all time low and I may grab one.
I have a 290x, it's OEM is Sapphire, but I get a solid 60 FPS in most places, with up to about 30-40 people on screen, with Dx11, even in the huge zones with settings on max, and any dips I've noted haven't been lower than 35-40 FPS for a couple seconds at most. on low you can definitely do it, I used to dual box and get 60 in both on min in windowed, which is when you'd expect the lowest FPS. As a side note, I use a i7 quad 4770 if memory servers (at work, cant check). It hyperthreads and is 3.4GHZ if im not mistaken.
