I had 5 months on one of the accounts and they let the time run out. I thought they froze game time when accounts were banned?
Open a ticket through support and use the "chat" feature. I had to wait about 20 minutes and got all my time added back to my account. Mine was only right around 60 so the guy that I chatted with added 60 back. Not sure how much they are allowed to reinstate but at least you can try the route I took.
I had just purchased a 6 month sub when I got banned, seriously like 3 days prior to it on 3 different accounts. All three were Banned and for every single one of them I lost all of my time, I just got unbanned tonight and its 2 days earlier than the 6 month mark. Going into game but not going to bot n e more on these guys. 10 year accounts with all the fixins, cant afford to gamble with them any more. I lost all of my gold, Honor points and conquest points in game on top of that. Had over 1 million gold in total. So not only did I lose all my RL money spent on the 6 months I was banned and not playing, but I lost the time it took to get the money. The good thing is though I got to keep all my gear, so I should be able to hit the content hard and grind the money back in no time.
Had no luck. I even spoke to a supervisor. Their reasoning was that I should be thankful I even got the account back at all and that they owe me no time. The GM pointed to their TOU, so i read every word of it and this is not covered in their TOU. The supervisor then just came up with this excuse.
