I had a look into this and sadly, we cannot overturn this suspension. I can udnerstand it's frustrating to loose access to your account but it's important to remember that installing these programs will have consequences on your account when they are detected. This is not a permanent ban though, so in 6 months you will have access to the game content once more. Whilst we understand that people have different motivations to install bots, we cannot remove suspensions on accounts, because the point of applying them in the first place is then lost if everyone has the same action on their account, but a few select people have them lifted. In the interest of fairness and to protect the game environment, we need to keep this one suspended for now.
