I also got this exploitation of game mechanics and cheating. Not mentioning of any botting. And they refuse to tell me what I did exactly. But that they are sure of me breaking the ToS blabla. Very wierd they aren't telling me what I did, they say that they won't show the costumers the evidence. So my appeal won't go through, at least I tried. I won't be coming back either I think(botting only kept me going), and it was on the end of the subscription anyway.
