Nowadays its 0%, esp for botting. They have some sort of unappealable, undeniable evidence that you can't contest. Has anyone got unbanned after Hacks/3rd party software detection? I think not.
Depends on the reason you got banned, but as it seems you had no luck. They are very hard nowadays related to bans and reviews, the days of tolerance are gone.

I have indeed recieved a perma-ban for hack / 3rd party software.....and successfully had it removed after the second appeal Did I happen to get a GM that just got layed or something? ...very possible, lol .....but extremely happy with the outcome none the less. Miracles do happen!!! ....stay the course fellow botters.....
