Hi, I would like some advice on how to overturn my recent "Exploitation of game mechanics" suspension please. As this is not specified as a "botting ban" i think i have grounds for an appeal. I have initiated my first ticket with a Blizzard Customer Service Representative, and i have received a response which further clarifies that my specific issue is not "Botting" related. If i am correct my reply does not divulge details that any third party programs were used. The only buzz word i see is "Cheating" and this word has many connotations, it does not imply third party programs. Further more after reading other players Blizzard ticket responses on the internet (Yes i know it's the internet and many people lie) my response seems dissimilar in form and context. My reply does not state that third party programs were active at anytime. Also There is no date of detection or knowledge of specific events or situations declared which prohibits me from rejecting this accusation and consequently confuting "IT" accordingly. If there is an process to appeal then please give me something to refute...... haha JOKERS!! Also a comment like "will not be overturned" without reason is highly amusing lol So yes, if anyone has experience with "appeal wins" or certain argumentation material that will hinder Blizzard and force them to pay attention before they conclude with there utter nonsense, please publicly/privately message me. Willing to pay £$ if you have previous known experience that you can show and prove on handling and consequently winning appeals.
