      Appealing That Ban
      Dear Botting Community,
      I would like to ask a question i would desire for anyone with any knowledge of this to help thanks. :p

      What is the best Approach of getting a ban Appealed?

      I was banned sunday on my main account like an idiot, i brought this on myself but i basically have wasted my life on this and losing it is just to hard so if you can contribute me making a comeback from this ban it will be deeply loved.

      Give reason on why you should be unbanned. Ive been unbanned 5x now I think lol and all I do is go through whatever link they send - for example Blizzard Support - and say that I have never bought gold, I do not bot, my account has never been compromised and even if it was my info is fake because I dont trust the internet, and why would I hack my own account?

      Something like that...

      if your ban was automated i.e no gm whispering you and you recieving an email something like "abuse of economy" stuff like that open up a support ticket and tell them "i was hacked" - got 2 accounts back (i only have 2) this way.

      wouldn't they say we have checked the records and the IPwas continuous and did not change (meaning i was not hacked and in fact it was me)

      well i cant say for sure that they don't but it worked out for me and my ip never changed give it a try if you really want your acc back :) oh yeah btw use the link they sent you "If you believe your account was compromised".

      They wont tell you anything, thats how they work - right now I am being a complete dick to their support in plain fun.

      They simply will either say YES or NO all depending on what they consider evidence. In my opinion, their evidence is a GM whispering you or not. Or being banned already and then repealing it again. Its their word against yours and they will just use the excuse, "blah blah blah its in the TOS" and they can use:
      Account Suspension/Deletion.

      BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

      Ok i will try, is there a difference if i wait or do it right now.. waiting will make me less of a guilty person wouldnt it?

      Not sure. I would think quicker is better since if you were playing and suddenly banned you want to know why lol. Its not like HB/GB can send them an instant e-mail going... WTF BLIZZ, Why You Hatin'?

      Ok, so to set this straight make an email saying "blizzard i was checking my email and it says i was banned... i think i have may have been hacked i have changed my password and scanned my computer clean..." what else should i include...

      Well its up to you on how you fight it, and its all their crap against yours. You can say you got hacked and have no idea what happened but they will say, you shouldve filed (whatever it is they have for security compromise).

      Start over with new accounts and use the reason they banned you to your advantage.

      My Response.
      OK so i was banned for "Selling gold", in fact i was not selling gold i was trading gold... i never received payment so for it so therefore i never broke the ToA.... so my account was " Closed " Without doing anything wrong.. If you guys are really not going to reopen my legitimate non gold selling account that i play on then i would truly like to now because i need to talk to my credit card company to dispute the character transfer i received on last Thursday prior to the "BAN" on Saturday night... I raid with this account.... selling gold has no profit.... for me or anyone...... why would i risk a ban for $1.40..... rethink this please
      If you can prove that i was " Selling Gold " Please show proof or you guys basically scammed me out of my money....


      Hope this works....
      if not im going to make a big hack scandal basically saying im a college student coming home for Thanksgiving and wanted to play wow but when i logged on my email it was hacked and someone has been using that and they have been trying to recover it and so on and so forth....

      EDIT: NOPE, none of that worked ^^^^^^^^^^^^

      Eh, just call billing and support or whatever. Go on a rant about how you got a ban for selling gold, blah blah. *my account was banned, i need it unbanned, they said I sold gold, I didn't, I raid, I use my gold on professiosn, gear, items toward raiding content, it's stupid, I don't understand. *they'll try to answer with something like, send a ticket, this line isn't for account issues* just butt in with somethign liek *And i've tried the ticket system but they don't listen and I want to talk to a REAL person who listens and can tell me wtf is going on and can maybe unban it because i did nothing wrong, they keep givign me the asame replys, i think they jsut copy and paste it and dont listen, after playing for 4 years *example* i expect some better tretment than sentences copied and pasted. * i udnerstand sir, i'll have a look into it for you now* *blah blah, ty very much, im sorry i've been quite loud and forceful, but this is just obviousyl rally upsetting after 4 years, to be blamed for soemthing so little, why would I throw away 4 years of my account for a little cash, its stupid, i wouldnt be so angry if they actually looked at my replies or listened or told me what it was I did wrong. *Sir it's just the way they ahve to do thigns, and they get many tickets that they have to reply to in a day, they do their best i'm suer you can udnerstand that* yeh, yeh i can, i'm sorry, you don't deserve to listen to my ranting, but, any help with this youc an give me would be apprecaited. *well sir, i've been looking into your circumstances whilst we've been talking and I feel there isn't enough evidence to show you're guilty of what you're accused, so this time i can return your character to you and apologise for the inconvenience*.

      Yes, that's a really long theoretical example of a phone call to support regarding a ban based upon my own previous experiences with calling. Obviously, I don't always do that, and it varies depending on the person you get who answers, their sex male/female. But in general, that's a good example ^.^

      What relevance it has to the thread I've forgotten, was totally fun to type out though ;D.

      damn , nice i tried with the ticketing section and they said this topic will no longer be further discussed, i might try you call though

      honestly i think its quite smart because they dont like bitchy annoying customers :p

      Any possible way you WERE actually hacked? My girlfriend transferred her character over to my server, she had over 100k gold so before she left her old server she gave away like 50k gold to freinds, guildies etc just because she was leaving. Well she transferred, then a week later her account got hacked. She opened a ticket with blizz when she couldnt log on, and they banned her account for "suspicious activity", she appealed, begged, talked to customer service reps and nothing.

      Honestly, you wont get your account back, Blizzard does not care about you, you are only 15 dollars a month to them and they have 10,000,000 other people paying that amount. I know you don't want to hear this, but you have already appealed it twice now. If you do get it back, that's awesome but definitely don't get your hopes up.

      On a lighter note, when cata was launched she received an email that said "Please come back to wow" as if nothing had ever happened.
