      Why i cant start the program? i am with Win XP Profesional and get this error

      When i start the honorbuddy.exe i get this error in small window

      Honorbuddy.exe - Application Error

      The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

      {OK}

      pls Help
