after i reached skil 65 in archeology, bot went to the teacher. When he came close to him, he opened a dialog window (not the window with skills) and stayed. He could not open the window with skills, so in about 10 minutes i helped him and opened the window manually. After that bot continued working properly, so he learned the skill up to 125 and went on digging. So the problem is to open this window with skills, after you talked to the teacher. Important fact is probably that language of WoW is Russian, but i doubt, because he properly talked to the teacher, who has russian name, so bot should understand russian letters... dunno i hope very much u help me.
