I'm horde side, and i've tried 3 different 85-90 profiles so far, and they've all bugged out and required my intervention at least once every 15 minutes, either just relogging the bot or manually editing the .xml to remove a quest it was trying to hand in (because ive already handed it in) So i tried a 1-58 monk profile starting at 40, and it got half a level before crashing wow completely.
From my own personal experience, no. I haven't found a 100% AFK'able questing bot as of yet, they all require a little babysitting. Not really surprised due to the number of different things that can go wrong while questing. If you want a profile that is 100% AFK'able then you will need to take a grinding profile, though this of course carries a higher inherent risk of being caught.
