yes you can... all you have to do is go into your power settings> than change the close lid function to nothing and i would also turn off the disable hard drives and anything else you see fit. Power options is in the windows control panel.
You want to take ur laptop with you to Thailand, right? And you want to use your laptop there to bot, right? If those points are correct, you can do this. But you should may be careful. In Thailand you will connect with an completely different IP and in fact of this Blizzard is may going to suspend your account, because they think that the Account has been hacked by any asian guy. The suspension will only be for your security then and you can easily unlock the suspension. I hope this answers your question, because I had some problems with your english.
