      Hey all,

      So I'm back playing WoW after a year long break and back to HB as well. Been using HB for about 4 years or more now but I'm still learning how the new system works I guess because I have a problem. I purchased a year long key the other day, got it set up just fine and works as it should in game but I noticed something odd. When I go to the profile tab on the interface and click the use from the HB tore button, nothing comes up and I have quite a few profiles I have purchased since the creation of the store a while back. When I log into the Buddy Auth site, the key I purchased isn't there and when I try to attach the key I bought, it says it is already claimed. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance

      Send an email to support@thebuddyforum.com with your Buddyauth username (not password), your new key (that you're trying to merge/claim), along with proof of purchase.
