I have been using this program for months and months.. all of a sudden today when i try to connect it instantly says "Authentication Failed". I have looked around and have not seen anyone else having trouble today.. tried to find the key to log in and when i try to receive it the page tells me that my email doesnt exist. Is anyone else having this problem? if not then i guess i need to find out what is wrong with my account
Gave that a try earlier too, still no luck... im going to give my computer a quick reboot to make sure my machine just isnt being retarded.
Even with pass change and reboot still getting Auth Failed so weird for it to just happen all of a sudden >.<

thats not a problem with your user and pass something is blocking Hb add exceptions for Hb on your firewall and antivirus
yeah i went through and did everything.. allowed it through router, windows firewall, and mcafee.. then i even turned them all off and its still a no go.. im going to keep messing around with it until i break something or fix it.. thanks for trying though

Figured it out.. installed Visual Studio or whatever so i could mess around with CC's.. it installed .Net shit.. tried to remove it.. had a virus connected to something and my computer basically shit on itself and bluescreened. reinstalled windows and now its working fine have to re-edit all my CC's and stuff but thats ok it works now!!
