Authentication failed problem - please help me!

I got this problem everytime i try to login :/ I even tried to change my password and re-download game.

have you tried logging into
Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
and tried resetting your password?

 

I just tried that and it wont work :/ same message "authentication failed"

 

my auth just failed like 10 times in a row logging in as well. just keep doing it. it finally let me log on

 

ok, then send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com
and ask for bossland to check it and reset your password, if you have a transaction id, also send that in, because that helps us find you.

 

oka i got lifetime hb will it effect me? that you dont sell it anymore?

 

Try and right click HB.exe and choose the administrator..
that ussualy works for me, and if that doesnt help..
try waiting for a while, and then re-open HB

try to open it as administrator
