I got this problem everytime i try to login :/ I even tried to change my password and re-download game. Hope you can help me Lova Daniella
my auth just failed like 10 times in a row logging in as well. just keep doing it. it finally let me log on
ok, then send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com and ask for bossland to check it and reset your password, if you have a transaction id, also send that in, because that helps us find you.
Try and right click HB.exe and choose the administrator.. that ussualy works for me, and if that doesnt help.. try waiting for a while, and then re-open HB
if the message is only "authentication failed" that means that something is blocking your Hb probably your firewall or your antivirus are you on a limited network or something?
