      hi i have just paid for a 31 day code and when i tryed to use it, it poped up with:

      You are not authorized to connect to this server. Reason: 5 failed login attempts within 2 minutes. 5 minute temporary ban.
      Authentication failed!

      but it is a new code so i dont know why its not working i have attached the logs

      here is a pic of it that proofs i paid - it doesn't even say the code is active but yet when i try and use it, it says it expired
