Authentication Failure.

Im new to HB as of this morning...and right off the bat im having a problem connecting, i got my code, and im putting it in right, but i keep getting authentication failed, and sometimes im getting an error report.
Any help on how to resolve this would be amazing.

Yes, im running 32bit wow
Yes, im using Dx 9.
Yes, im logging in after im on wow on my character.

 

and yes, i have made a exception in my firewall.
