I bought HonorBuddy today. As my invoice status already switched to approved I thought I can use HonorBuddy, but when I try to log in I get the following error: I also tried a newer version of HonorBuddy but the result is quite the same: The Debug Log keeps empty. I searched the forums about this issue and it seems that other users have similar problems. I already deactivated firewall and virus scanner. I don't use any kind of proxy. Anything else works perfect on my system, no connection issues or something similar. The only piece of software which is not working at the moment is HonorBuddy. I don't know if this is as it should be, but when I go to "Account Options" -> "All Services" it says " No results for your search were found.". However I can log in to https://hbauth.gatherbuddy.de/ without any problems.
Username and password are both case-sensitive, and it should be your shop account and not your forum account. If that still doesn't work after checking caps/credentials, try a password reset from the shop.
Issue Solved. My password contained special characters which HonorBuddy can't handle. Found the solution in the F.A.Q. on the HelpDesk. Maybe it would be a good idea to add this info on the registration page.
