      View attachment 1528 2013-09-04 14.31.txt Bought HB today and while trying to log on i instantly get Authorization failed.
      Is there any issues concerning login right now or is it only me?
      Someone gotta speak up now this is pretty annoying,

      Please make a clean install of Honorbuddy by downloading the latest version from :

      Read HB manual:

      Download and run as administrator the hb wizard:
      http://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-problems-new-install-buddy-product.html

      Turn off your firewall and antivirus program, reboot your pc.

      And don't forget than it works only that way:

      Start WOW -> Chose Server -> Chose Avatar -> Login in the Servers world

      final step: Start HB

      Have a nice day.

      I don?t possibly see how rebooting my pc or start up everything in a certain order would help me getting Authorization by HB.
      That?s just a lazy ass way of pushing away issues a little further in time.
      Now I wanna have some real support, or is this the way of dealing with an issue from Bossland GmbH?s side?

      Btw noticed that Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal is down, this doesn?t affect the Authorization process?:rolleyes:
      Im longing for an answear!

      Im connecting from Sweden. Verify? How do I verify ? Ive got some emails regarding the purchase but non mention anything about verification.
      Is this what the downed buddy auth portal is for ?

      auth portal is not down, it is working perfectly, log in via auth portal and check your keys and use one of the keys there

      Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal is what i'm using, I just clicked your link and it brought me right to it. Is your IP being routed through germany by any chance? that might cause an issue, try downloading that version that I linked via the germany thread. If that works its an issue with your IP routing

      I justreached the Auth portal and registered via my Iphone so must be something on my pc preventing me access. Strange

      do you have any programs that will mask your IP?

      Ok Ive managed to register at The Auth page but now I cant verify it on my phone so i need to gain acces to the site via my pc, Im trying to ***** now and see if it works sec

      Ive managed to get registerd at The Auth Portal and i find my purchase under UNUSED/INACTIVE Keys and i cant fint any where on that site to activate it,

      use that key that is shows under UNUSED/INACTIVE Keys and use that when you start up HB

      Yeah but heres the thing, That key is the same as i got on the registration and purchase of HB thats the key Ive been using the whole day without getting any access

      send an email there with your transaction ID and let them know that the Key you have is showing as inactive/unused and you would like to know why its not active.

      Im having the same problem here.
      It says: Autentication failed.
      Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal was down for me, but now it is ok.
      At buddyauth it says my key is UNUSED/INACTIVE too.
