As added in a recent update, you can start HB wit the flag "--autostart" to have it automatically press the start button when the program loaded. The only problem is you still have to select the configuration. My suggestion is for the autostart flag to also auto-select the recently used configuration, making the only user input needed to be the UAC prompt.
