I am returing to using the HB in preparation for the new Expansion. I unzipped the newest version into a new folder and trried running in (both with the launcher or seperate)neither works. With the launcher i get an application error and seperate it doesnt ask me for a log key, but opens the HB window with nothing in it. (cannot click anything just a blank HB window). I only have one log file. Thank you in advance for your help
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
