I haven't really been keeping up with HB and all the bans but from what I read yesterday, pvp is being disabled. I don't see why you're doing this but its up to you. Half of the community wants a pvp bot and the others don't, everyones input will be different.. All I ever used were PVP CR's in rbgs and arenas, I never did use questing or grinding bots but since its going, I am going. I kept hearing from you guys about battleground bots and how much they affected the community, playing wow for over 7 years, I almost never heard a complaint from other players. Sure we noticed a few bots time from time but it was never really a problem so I have no idea what you all are going on about. I typically just do pvp and not pve so on the pve side I don't really have anything to say. I'll come back to HB and continue to buy scripts if PVP CR's are allowed. #probablywon'tcumback bai
Okay, you ppl need to learn to read. HB is is being disabled in arenas. You can still use it for PvP, just not arenas.
You didn't read my post then, I used it in rbgs and ARENAS. Without it in arenas, theres no reason for me to stay. I'm sure just like HB there are other legit bots out there. Like in every other fps game, theres cheats all over the place
Wow isn't what it use to be, just doing rbgs would get boring. I can get my rating up fairly high by myself without any bot but when I found honorbuddy I had a lot of fun with the CRs. Don't get me wrong, do whatever is best for the community. I just think that they shouldn't remove it.
The integrity of competitive Arena play is dangerous to screw with. Arena streamers are some of the most influential people in Blizzard's world. Hell, look at when the servers are down to us, and yet the streamer celebrities are somehow still able to play, or even during the hellish WOD launch. Arena is not a safe place to be for automation.
Botting isn't a safe thing to do in the first place. People are complaining about bans but they knew the risk. One thing I don't like is how people are botting for a profit, I have never done that and it breaks the game.
I agree. I wont be using HB no more, probably just wont return to WoW at all. But I'll still lurk these forums for a while, see how things develop.
I agree Honorbuddy without PVP .. will not serve to almost anything we want PVP !!!!!! It has to be complete for everyone!
I stopped playing wow for a few months but then I joined a day before the wave to get back into pvp to kill some time. Luckily I didn't get banned. If they remove pvp, they should remove questing bots and pretty much everything, honestly its what the customers want. If people donlt like the pvp bot then don't use it, if people dont like the pve bots, then don't use it. Its as simple as that. I can't control what HB staff will do but I believe they should keep all doors open. This is a bot and we are all cheating so whats the point of closing arenas? What will that solve? PVP is part of HB. Thats the whole reason I even joined this community. It is and will be part of this community til the end.
We are all cheating, yes. But if BL and the HB devs can minimize the impact HB has on certain areas of WoW, it will make it easier to avoid huge banwaves. And PvP is a part of HB... just not arena PvP. It is too competitive and people (Blizzbois) have no issue snitching us all out. Seriously, I recommend everyone do a search at the battle.net WoW general forums for arena bots. The thread count that comes up is staggering (4,311 I believe).
There you go equating PVP to Arena. Arena is only fraction of PVP. The hammer has dropped, get over it, move on.
