Balance druid regrowth

Hey all,

Im just wondering, how do i make my bot/char cast Regrowth instead of waiting/eating when hes low on hp?
I cant find any info about this.

In Class Config. It says :
Balance
Moon Beast Healing Touch 40%
Moon Beast Rejuvenation 50%.
I have none of these as a balance druid. I only have Regrowth
