1. Was the game account created after the 13-May-2015 banwave? No. I have had this account for many, many years.
   
2. EU or US realm? US
   
3. Did the account have any previous suspensions or bans? Yes; mutes and suspensions based on improper social behavior. However, this is the first ban deriving from the unauthorized usage of third-party software.
   
4. How many (average) hours per day did you bot? This answer depends on the type of botting. I only started using fully afkable bots on my alt that I had created about two weeks ago. Thus, my average afk bot time went from none to about 3-4 hours a day. It really depended on if I had time to watch the bot. However, the bot base I used leading up to the ban was Millz BG Farmer with both the Singular Mage and King Mage 2 profiles and after my 1 day trial ran out on Millz BG Farmer, I switched to BGBuddy and that very same day that I used BGBuddy I got a ban.
   
5. What estimated percentage of the time did you supervise your bot? Close to 100% of the time.
   
6. Was your account involved in gold selling? No.
   
7. How many auctions per day did you post on this account? (If you were posting auctions at some other timeframe than "per day", please describe your magnitude and frequency as appropriate.) I would typically list about 2-3 auctions a week on my main toon.
   
8. Did you use any non-Honorbuddy bots with this account? If so, which ones? (A non-legitimate Honorbuddy should be listed here, as it does not have the same account protections as legitimate Honorbuddy.) No.
   
9. Did you use any H4cks, Che4ts, or mods with this account? If so, what are their names? No.
   
10. Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share? Yes. I noticed when I used Millz BG Farmer, the Honorbuddy client would become non-responsive out of random. This would occur in a BG at random, during combat or while moving along a path. I also noticed that using this bot base with King Mage 2, the line of sight and range detection was not functioning properly. To work around this I tried using King Mage 2s targetting and movement functions without Millz BG Farmers and it did not solve the problem. I then used only Millz BG Farmers targetting and movement functions and that did not fix the issue either. The outcome of this issue would cause my toon to try and cast for 5-10 seconds on a target that it previously had in LoS before it would move on to another target or move closer to the enemy target.

    With BGBuddy, I noticed it would randomly get stuck on objects that were placed in the way of the spawn points, random rapid clicking and the strange movement of swerving and moving back to a spot behind it that it had already followed over through the path and then turn around and proceed down it's designated path. BGBuddy worked fine with all of the profiles I had.
