So I talked to customer support today because of my second account being banned and I'm not really worried about the ban. But what interested me was she confirmed that they are somehow able to scan our pc for third party programs and are able to get logs of all the times it was used, for how long and the activity on the account while it was used. Also they are able to tell if the program was used from the same IP address and location that you normally access your account from. So I'm not sure if you guys are aware of this I just thought it was interesting and worth posting because for me it was basically confirmation that if they suspect you they can scan you. What would be interesting is finding out how to block these scans and delete these logs or stop them from logging.
