Doesn't Blizz send a confirmation email when an account is shut down? I had 2 accounts killed last night. one farming account and one account i played normally. went to bed around 6 hours ago, woke up and they are both banned. im waiting for the emails to see what they were banned for. the only thing ive done different is sent out some cod's so i could buy a few boas for alts.

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
      I used both in snippets

2)If so, when was the last time?:
i finished a lfr with dungeonbuddy on the main account and shut down for the night
i set my farming account to run kun lai random snow lily profile for 2 hours[logmeout] and went to bed

      3)What profile were you using?:
kun lai random profile from Roboto's site. i use the same profile for a week and delete it
dungeonbuddy with 100% hand on the mouse for the lfr

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Vanguard for the ret pally in the lfr, and singular for the dk farmer
      5)What plugins are you using?:
      LogMeOut/noBotHere
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
I would be logged in for around 16 hours a day. but not continuous hours, and botted only 4 of those hours a day.
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
id set my farmer to run 1-2 hours if i was to take a nap in the afternoon, or go to bed, otherwise, my bot would be standing in org
      or pandaland
7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
i had started to dump my misc junk on the ah this week. not anymore than 4-5 stacks of any
one item, and tons of odd stacks like 17 WindWool, 3 common gems, like i was just emptying my bags.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
      no
9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
      no
      10)EU or US realm?
      US
11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
      All Paid

I know the risks, i know i added risk mailing between accounts, but thats what normal players do. im going to call blizzard today see whats up. i have never had good luck doing the appeal process online. if anyone has any tips, they would be appreciated. ive had 20+ accounts banned in the last 8 months and never had one overturned.

Write a cool, well-shaped informative and nice-to-read ticket. Those have been #1 winners.

Tell them you didn't bot of course and claim you and some family member have been playing those accounts for the last x months. Mention that you use a sophisticated keyboard or mouse with extra buttons and that may be seen as cheating or something cheesy like that.

      Hello Blizzard,
I have been leveling up this account for awhile now. i geared up my paladin to run the lfr. i've been questing to level my monk. Recently i started cleaning out my guild bank so i could afford to buy all the guild boas. I really don't like the guild my main character is in but dont want to leave before i take advantage of the guild perk boas. I'm thinking my account was tripped for sending out the COD's for items i had in my inventory. yes i agree it looks like i had a lot of ore and herbs, but you have to realize ive been saving them up for a couple months now. you can check my history. i used many of the herbs to level inscription. much of the ore to level jewelcrafting.
As i have not received a warning [or email] i am requesting this ban be overturned. Thank you for looking into this and i know you will agree this ban is unwarranted.
      -Respectfully

this is what i sent. and its odd, i still havent received an email stating why i was banned.. one of the accounts was on a billing schedule, and i didnt get a cancellation of the billing agreement either.

Sometimes it takes a little while till they send out the email. Mine took about 2 days.
You should still be able to log into battle.net website to cancel the subscription...

A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.

      Account Action: Account Closed

      Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software

A third party program is any file or program that is not a part of the World of Warcraft software, but is used to gain an advantage in the game, such as increasing your movement speed or teleporting from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications, except those UIs that require an external application to function. Any external applications that are used in conjunction with World of Warcraft can cause quite a few unwanted side effects. Some of the major possible results of the use of third party programs can be instability of the game to the point that a player "crashes" from the game quite often. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware, and other unwanted programs into a player's computer. Third party programs can also be used to obtain information from the player's computer, such as account, password, and personal information.

this is the ban letter. i know i got a player report 2 weeks before [actually talked to the guy and he admitted reporting me]
the game crashes started a couple days later. no crashes in the weeks leading up to the report and then 5-10 a day after that.

related? who knows, who cares. ill just have to be more careful next time.
