They've sharpened the amount of reports needed for a suspension/ban with the gathering profiles in MoP :< I lay low with the gathering atm
Mine too was banned while gathering a couple days ago. I talked to a GM through their online help center and they reversed their decision. Try to get it back.. you have nothing to lose really.
