Hello there. I've been reading some threads about the ban rate and all in all it seemd like it was not very likely to get banned. Tough all of these threads were very old. So my question: is it still the same? Or have they been paying more attention to botters in the last few months? (I'm aware that theres always a risk, but still like to know your toughts.) Thanks and have a good one!
They have always taken reports seriously throughout the lifetime of the game but it is still rare as long as you aren't stupid about your botting. For the most part it seems they don't care to much about the Botting unless it is reported and you are abusing the economy. They are more concerned with RMT from what I have seen but that is my personal perspective. I have yet to be hit on my secondary account which runs 12-14 hours or my main when I use it there.
I bot 10-20 hours a day on deepdive no ban yet. You only really seem to get reported if you're gathering botting. (I often see people posting screens of Mining botters on reddit)
Was wondering if there is any change? Also would you guys happen to know a good thread to read on how to get started using bot?
Literally a Sticky at the top of General Forum you posted in ..... https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/noobie-tutorial.206357/
Thanks for the information. I read it after I posted lol. The forum theme is a little confusing and i feel as if this part of the forum is a lot less active compared to the other parts.
I've been botting 24/7 for 6 months straight, except when there's maintenance. Still running strong. Only way to get banned is by reports so as long as you're not doing anything stupid you shouldn't get reported. The easiest way to get banned is to join a FC and being logged on 24/7. It's the easiest way to get noticed.
